Head of Business Development to Robomarkets Nordic AB

We are searching for a highly motivated Head of Business Development to join RoboMarkets in our Stockholm office. This position will be a key role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director of Robomarkets Nordic in Stockholm to accelerate and grow the customer base in Sweden.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to join Robomarkets Nordic.

As Head of Business Development, you will work with customers and support at all stages of the customer journey.

As the main point of contact, you will and demonstrate Robomarkets Nordic value to our customers by identifying business objectives and aligning Robomarkets capabilities with your customer’s goals and objectives. Working closely with Managing Director, you will own customer onboarding, user adoption, customer advocacy and more to ensure the retention and growth of our customers.Candidates will work from create and establish new customer relationships from exploration to closure and onboarding. The candidate has experience from working with training and web seminars and customer related activities. Conduct services presentation, training, or best practice sessions on the phone or in person, developing and learning new training and presentation techniques on an ongoing basis.

  • Responsible to create and establish new customer relationships from    exploration to closure and onboarding.
  • History of working closely with senior stakeholders within a customer environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver a high-touch communication plan.
  • Plan and conduct web seminars and other customer related activities.
  • Provide proactive and direct customer service management by phone, chat and email.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our products and services.


You have a comprehensive understanding of stock trading, Swedish financial regulation, banking and fintech. Seeking a confident and positive self-starter who is a team player, an innovative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple relationships and transactions at the same time. Must be detail oriented, resourceful, work well under pressure, and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a hunger for learning and achievement.

  •  5+ years’ experience in finance sector preferably working as head of sales,     customer support, or dealing in financial company (FX, stock brokerage, etc.)
  • Results driven with a business and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Operate with a highly client centric mindset.
  • Ability to always deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, negotiation, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
