NORNORM is an early stage, tech-startup with solid funding from a large industrial player. We are developing a fully circular subscription-based solution for furnishing future workspaces. The business model is ready and we are now recruiting for our high performing team to obtain global reach in 2022. If you thrive in a highly dynamic environment and are driven by making a huge impact, you could be the newest addition to the NORNORM team.

We are looking for three passionate and eager PMO:s to help bring our vision to life -creating solutions that  benefit our members and advance the NORNORM vision on a global scale. You will either be based in Stockholm/Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Singapore

The PMO:s will work closely with executive management and be close to the local market to iterate our strategy, support business excellence and drive growth to reach our ambitious targets. 

As we grow, we are looking to hire a full team of PMO:s that will collectively operate across various countries. 

This role has a crucial impact on the company's sucess.

What you will do:

  • Help develop and execute the overall business development strategy
  • Take responsibility for a key business area like: Customer Acquisition, Customer Success and/or Customer Retention, Innovate and structure our circular logistics flow, Secure circularity across our business, Develop our blueprint for expansion.
  • Communicate and build strong relationship with clients and partners
  • Determine and follow up on key business development KPIs
  • Do market research and evaluate new initiatives
  • Innovate in ways of doing business

Who you are:

  • Preferably you have a few years experience from a similar role or from management consulting
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You are highly analytical in your approach to problem solving with a strong toolbox
  • You have a can-do attitude and find it exciting to shape the agenda of a new company
  • High energy level and eager to get the job done
  • You have a M.Sc. degree in Business and graduated with excellent results
