About the Role: As the Market Lead for Norway, you will play a pivotal role in building our foundation in Oslo and leading the charge for market expansion. This is a new strategic role within the organization, offering a unique opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to shape our market presence and growth. Your focus will be on opening this new market and secure growth, with support from the Nordic region with a base in Stockholm. Your main KPI is growth. You will engage and build client engagement, and strategic initiatives to establish and expand our footprint in Norway.
The role is focused on driving growth in a new market, requiring dedication and ability to conduct significant travel activities to clients and our offices, primarily in the Nordics
Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market. As this is a new market for the organization, you will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, driving expansion into untapped areas and segments to fuel long-term growth.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain trustful relationships with key clients, negotiate, and close high-impact deals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies effectively.
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company’s long-term strategy and supporting regional initiatives.
Financial Management: Manage and optimize the Norwegian budget and P&L.

Collaboration: Work closely with Nordic region and global teams to share best practices and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, with a founder’s mentality and a passion for achieving results.
Languages: Proficiency in Norwegian is essential, and fluent English is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Traits: Resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and dynamic, with a competitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
