About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Implementation Manager  to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring seamless workflows, effective communication, and timely project delivery. As the central point of accountability, you will be responsible for ensuring projects meet quality standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Execution & Oversight: Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Effectively use escalation processes to resolve issues.
• Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Conduct quality checks, ensure adherence to client specifications, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including project completion rates, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana) and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage internal teams and client relationships.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
