International Sales Manager – OEM B2B
Are you a self-driven sales professional who thrives on building long-term business relationships across borders? Do you enjoy being on the move, meeting customers face-to-face, and turning opportunities into results? Then this could be your next challenge.
We are looking for an International Sales Manager to drive our OEM B2B sales. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing customer relationships across international markets. You will work independently and proactively, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and growing our footprint globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow OEM B2B sales in international markets
Travel extensively to visit existing and potential customers (travel will be a major part of the role)
Build strong, long-term partnerships and act as the main point of contact
Negotiate and close deals with a focus on profitability and long-term value
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. production, product development, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Who you are:
A self-starter with a strong sales drive and business mindset
Experienced in international B2B sales, preferably in an OEM context
Skilled in relationship building and negotiation
Comfortable working independently and spending a majority of your time traveling
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Based in Europe with easy access to international travel hubs
