Your Role

You will be a key driver of change, implementing innovative strategies that align with St1's vision for sustainable energy. Your role requires the ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs while ensuring that the retail network operates at its highest potential. Teamwork across countries and departments will be essential to harmonize processes, share best practices, and leverage synergies.

As Head of Retail St1 Group, you will also be responsible for championing a customer-first approach, continuously improving the retail experience to foster loyalty and increase sales. By integrating new technologies and sustainability initiatives, you will position St1's retail operations as a leader in the energy transition.

Your role will not only demand excellence in operational execution but also a forward-thinking mindset to prepare the organization for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. This includes developing and mentoring a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

As Head of Retail, you will oversee and lead the retail business across Finland, Sweden, and Norway, focusing on:

• Continuous network development, enhancing site operations, and marketing.
• Driving growth in areas such as EV charging and biogas.
• Ensuring profitable investments, operational excellence, and a future-ready retail organization aligned with the energy transition.
• Providing strategic leadership to 150 St1 professionals and fostering collaboration with 4,500 franchise staff.
• Managing HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) with the utmost priority.
